The Time Traveler's Wife
« on: September 18, 2006, 10:52:22 AM »
I still can't seem to be able to get through this book.  I have tried but I just can't.  However, I am curious to know the what happens at the end and whether they figure out what is wrong with him that makes him time travel.  Anyone care to spoil it?  I really can't bring myself to finishing it.

June, I'll PM you so as not to spoil it for others who may be reading it.

I really enjoyed the book myself, although it did take a while to get used to all the jumping around.

I loved it too.  I couldn't put it down and the ending made me cry.  :)

Loved it!  It was a bit disorienting at first, but I think that was part of the point, really.

Then ending bits made me cry, too.

Oh man  did I LOVE this book! It is a bit disorienting - which I thought was intentional on the part of the writer to express what their lives must have been like -  but such a wonderful love story.
I know I'm late - where's the booze?

I LOVED this book. I sobbed at the end. There's another thread about it somewhere around here.

It was one  story which I just couldn't get out of my head. Very good.

You can always count on the internet to have the answer to whatever question you have.  Turns out Wikipidea has the plot of the book, including the ending.  Now I can move on :)
