looking for a london based accountant to advise on personal and business

My business partner and I are consulting for a client over here, getting paid by the client's US entity in dollars for our expenses on a business development deal.  If we're successful then we'll make income as bonus in 2007 - 2008.  If not, we worked just for expenses.

Looking for a good accountant who can help us navigate US/UK tax issues for the above scenario, on the business side and also the personal side.

A good financial planner would be of assistance too!
