Get married in europe?

Is there anywhere in europe that is easy to married in?
I am a us citizen and he is uk citizen.
I am in uk on tourist visa

Don't know about the marriage, but even if you do marry in an EU country you can't apply for entry to the UK as a spouse from anywhere other than a country in which you have legal residency...ie the USA...

I've arranged a wedding in Prague and Iceland.

But you will still have to have all the proper visa's to get back in the UK correctly. Correct me if I am wrong someone but you will need to have a spousal visa to get back in...............?

Yes, from your country of residence.  The US, in this case.
