Tai Chi?
« on: January 24, 2004, 02:56:28 AM »
I've been interested in Tai Chi for some while now, and am thinking of going to classes in it in April.  It looks quite good for an old stiff-jointed grey-beard loon like me: lots of fluid body movements, stretching, bending and turning, nothing jerky or abrupt.

Has anyone tried it, or is anyone practising it?

I have not tried it either Howard...but I hear it is very good...  go for it...  not only is it good for the body...but suppose to be good for mental stimulation as well.

good luck and tell us all about it once you have been please...curious minds would love to know.
