Option #3 that no one has mentioned.

Return to the US with him.  He files the K-1 fiance visa for you while you are there with him.  You can stay up to 90 days on the VWP - just be careful not to overstay.

You WILL have to return back to the UK for your medical and interview.  Maybe he can fly back with you - or a few days later?

Seems to me like this would save a WHOLE lot of time and trouble with double visas.

I did.  It was in option 3.

3.  Apply for the K-1 fiance visa and move to the US.  Basically, this would entail much the same as the K-3.  The difference is he would have to file for the K-1 before you could come to the US permanently.  It is less expensive than the first option, as you don't need him to get UK visas issued, and takes about the same length of time as the K-3 to be issued.  The drawback is that there would be time apart unless he can stay in the UK with you for the length of time it would take to be processed AND he stil has a  US address (and someone trustworthy to get and forward his mail to you!).  This option would give you less time apart than marrying in the US and filing for the K-3 provided he can afford to stay in the UK with you.

Sorry Gwen.  You're right.  I was reading it as you suggesting that she move to the US.  I was just suggesting long visits.

That's kind of how we did it.  Wes stayed with me for nine weeks - we filed the K-1 within a few days of his arrival.  By the time he returned home we knew the visa was approved and he just had to go back for his medical and interview.

I would have gone back to the UK with him but I've got a job and son to tend to.  It looks to me like the OP and USC fiance might be more footloose than we were and have more travel options?

We did reunite 8 weeks later when I went to Derry and we then flew over to London a week later for his interview.  He returned to the states with me about 10 days later - for good.

Hello All and Thanks For All Y'Alls Help!!!

Ok, Option 3 Sounds Really Good And I Think Thats The Route We're Gonna Take. Just One Question Though...If We Were To Get Married While She Was There On Her 90 Day Visit As I Start The Visa Process, Would That Change Which Visa I/We Start? We Have Found That We Can Get Married While She's There On Just Her Passport...
I Am In England Visiting,,And Not Working..And I'm On Disability Back Home..I Live With A Friend And His Mother..So They Can't Sponser Me...Can Someone At A Diff Address Sponser Me ..Say Like My Father/Sister??
Thank You Once Again !!

You can be sponsored by the bloke next door, or someone on the other side of the world if you like...though if the sponsor is not related to you, you'd probably have to justify why!

If you get married, then the K-3 visa is what you will be filing for.

Unless they file the I-130 alone which would mean an IR, (CR) visa and no need to adjust status.

Which they can't do because of residency requirements...not directly.  Their IR-1 would go through the service center rather than the immigrant visa unit at the consulate, meaning their K-3 would be processed much faster.

Depends on the speed of the service centre and also the NVC as to how fast the I-130 is processed.

The speed of the service centre would come into play regarding the I-129F filed after the first NOA also.

Best to check processing times of these things on the USCIS site.
