What a relief
« on: February 28, 2006, 01:20:17 PM »
Just wanted everyone to know that I got my ILR (last Thursday)  in Croydon. [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

The process took approximately 1 1/2 hours (from start to finish) just as I had been told. However, much to our chagrin, we wound up having a very long four hours between the time we paid  and the time I got to finally have my 2 pm scheduled interviewed. Unfortunately for us and everyone else, there was a technical fault, which put everyone's appointments running late. So another words, arriving at 1:30 like we were told, we finally left the building at 6:30 pm.

And to top it all off, we wound up paying £14 pounds to the car park for our extended stay at Lunar House.

Was it all worth it? You bet your sweet   [smiley=bootyshake.gif] it was! [smiley=laugh4.gif] [smiley=laugh3.gif] [smiley=laugh4.gif]

Thanks, you two, so glad it's all "done and dusted." :D

Just call the PEO in question.  I called about a month ahead of time (Liverpool), but some people have recently been told that they can only schedule appointments two weeks in advance.
