Consolidate or not?
« on: July 31, 2006, 07:16:25 PM »
I know this question isn't much about relocating, but then again, living overseas with just one loan instead of few will be easier.  So the question is: Should I consolidate my student loans or not? What are the benefits of doing so? I have two loans, one has 6 months of grace period, the other has 12 months. I just don't know what to do, I keep getting lots of mail about it, but I just don't get that bank language... Most of you have taken up student loans, what did you do?

I consolidated partially because I could also get a better percentage rate, but also for ease of payment.
