I lost it!!!
« on: January 15, 2004, 08:08:20 PM »
Okay not only is it the name a a cool show on the Discovery Health Channel but it is my new mantra.

After five months and gaining back a chunk of weight during the whole work ordeal from the netherworld in October.

I have officially lost 10% of my body weight!

I have started on my next goal to 17.5 lbs by March 11th my fly to the UK for holiday. Wheee!!!! That's 2.1 lbs about a week and will put me thinner than I have been since Freshman year in college 14 years ago and closer to my preconception goal!  YEAH!!  Okay...done now..

I know they can measure body fat percentage at most doctors.  The most scientific is by floating you in a vat of water, but the norm is just to squeeze various sections of your body.

As for me well I lost 10% of my weight not fat though 10% fat would be a great feat and make me happy too.

Excellent, way to go!

Excellent job,Peeps!  That's a great accomplishment and you should be quite chuffed (that's my latest favorite Britspeak...Chuffed...very descriptive in my opinion!). ;)
Life should NOT be a journey to the
grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well
preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand,
wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and
screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"
