« on: August 03, 2006, 04:09:52 PM »
Hi,

I have just gained admission to study for "ECONOMICS & SOCIAL SCIENCES FOUNDATION COURSE" in the University of Leicester.

So, my proposed course will be "ECONOMICS".

There is are some question on the "STUDENT QUESTIONNAIRE" form which i will need answers from you.

Kindly, furnish me with answers please.

Here;

1. Why did you select your proposed course(ECONOMICS) and how did you find out
about it?

2. What do you intend to do on completion of your studies in the UK
and how will doing this course be of benefit to you?

Those are the areas where i needed your help.

Regards,

J.I Abiodun.

erm...those seems like questions that only you can really answer.  How could we possibly know why you want to study Economics and what you want to do when you're finished?  ???
Now a triple citizen!

Student visa 9/06-->Int'l Grad Scheme 1/08-->FLR(M) 7/08-->ILR 6/10-->British citizenship 12/12

Well, let along this has NOTHING to do with travel...

I mean, we could try and answer...  How does the following sound:

1. I selected course by putting a several courses up on a wall and throwing a dart at it.  I found out about the course on the back of a comic book magazine, it said "you too can apply to be a student at the University of Leicester, send us a sample of your artwork and one of our professionals will evaluate your talent."  So I sent in a sample and you folks accepted me.

2. Like all good Economists, after my study in the UK, I will find a minimum wage job in a totally different field and grumble all day long on how I am really brilliant, but can't find anything in my field.  Of course doing the course will benefit me by fast tracking my career in doldrum jobs for years to come.

Kindest Regards...
WARNING My thoughts and comments are entirely my own.  Especially when it comes to immigration and tax advice, I am not a professional.  My advice is to seek out professional advice.  Your mileage may vary!
