Fat Free Hot Chocolate Mix

I just make mine using skimmed milk, Cadbury's cocoa powder, and Splenda.

Edit -- though now I've realised that I don't know if the cocoa powder has any fat in it or not, since I don't look for fat-free things, generally.   ???
