Kind of like my friend from work who is trying to figure out what an American biscuit is.  I can't see to describe it, so I told her I'd buy some Bisquick and make her some.  Um, okay, can't get bisquick.  Oh, well.  We're also missing Kraft Mac and Cheese (nasty stuff that it is :).  When we go home I'll miss korma sauce in a jar, digestives (chocolate), jaffa cakes, and chocolate chip weetabix.

Bisquick is available here, just gotta know where to look for it. An american biscuit is similar to a scone, but not sweet. (the scone recipes I've seen have sugar added.)

love, love, love them!  They are the mini size and I normally take a baggie of them to work and munch on them dry.  I get them at Tesco.
