Guess what I saw........!

Trying edamame is on my list of 101 things to do in 1001 days....

Yum...edamame is good. 

Birds Eye is now doing frozen ones. They had a full page ad with recipes in this November's Good Food. It looks like they're promoting them as an alternative to peas, with the line, "Our other small, green, round, delicious vegetable." They're also calling them soya beans, rather than endamame. Probably think people can pronounce it better!

I believe edamame is just the Japanese word for soy beans... and soya beans is the British way of saying soy beans.
