can't log out

I get the following message and I am unable to log out.

'An Error Has Occurred!

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.'

Any advice?

I don't normally log out ever, but I just tried now and it worked fine. Have you tried again? What browser are you using?

No change - Same message. 

Using Firefox.

I use IE, but I'm not computer savvy enough to know whether or not that would have anything to do with it.

Login cookies and sessions can sometimes become corrupted, it's best to try deleting them via your browser privacy options. In Firefox, on the Toolbar it's Tools > Clear Recent History, and tick the Cookies option and click Clear Now.

In IE, Tools > Internet Options > General (first tab) | Browsing History "Delete..." button, and then tick Cookies and Delete. (If in IE you cannot view the Menu Toolbar, click Alt to see it.)
