flying with a hand/wrist cast

I am going back to the USA (on BA) for a visit.  Will I need a note from my Dr to travel?

The airline won't require one, but if it was a recent injury it might be an idea to check with your doc that flying is okay.

Also, if you tell the airline in advance you might blag an upgrade!

Yeah, right!  Airlines these days!
