Found: Welch's Purple Grape Juice

I don't know if this has been posted already but I was so thrilled.  Tonight, I found Welch's purple grape juice at Tesco.  I was thrilled a couple of weeks ago to find white grape juice and this week they had red grape juice as well (Tesco's brand).  But to also see the purple grape juice had me over the moon!  Plus it was cheap.  I think 99p for the white, 85p for the red and 98p for the purple.

I know I couldn't believe it when I saw it for the first time.  I make sure I buy it almost every week so they will keep it in stock.

I love it I buy about 6 cartons of it at a time.

What we have is the light Welch's grape juice

Oh my gosh, I've been looking for some, because I have a recipe for grape jelly made from purple grape juice! Thanks guys!!

Yep it is becoming more available.. I found it at my 24 hour ASDA.. So its getting about. LOL Yum i do like it. Wish they had the light tho.. Hey i guess beggers canna be choosers eh? heeh..

I have been doing the same thing. Love my Welch's grape juice.  Concord grapes are the only grapes I like anyway.  Hubby said I was grinning from ear to ear when I first saw it.

I think it is funny they call it 'purple' over here.  ;D We only make the distinction in the US when it is 'white' grape juice.

Just a bit curious... we have been buying this at our local Sainsbury and Tesco for a long time.  I thought it was just standard.  It must be one of those things they do randomly then?

Just a word of warning don't drink to much at one go....severe toilet problems! :-X

I have just been drinking the lite grape juice instead of cola or tea or anything else....

I just picked up some light from my local Tesco. It was actually the only kind of grape juice they had.

I'll have to check the Tescos next time i'm near there..Nearest Tescos to me is about 25 min away .. But i will look..
