Oooh, I love Rococo chocolate! But I didn't know there was a cookbook! Thanks for that!  ;D

Glad I could share! ;)

Now that I'm going back to the US, it would be nice to have some traditioinal English cookbooks so I can make certain things my husband likes.  It's be great to have something like the UK equivalent of "The Joy of Cooking" or "The Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook" or the Betty Crocker cookbooks.  Any ideas?

Depends upon how traditional you want to get but I'd suspect that books by Delia, Nigel Slater, or Nigella will all have traditional British recipes. Pretty sure I've seen books at Waterstones just titles along the lines of 'traditional british cookery'...
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon
