Change of Address/Home Office

Hello everyone! Since my husband and I have recently moved into a new place, something has been weighing on my mind. Now that we have moved from his brother's home (after a year and a couple of months) to our own, do I need to contact the home office to let them know there's been a change of address? I know it must seem like a silly question and I've tried to find the relevant info here, but to no avail. I'd really appreciate some advice! Thank you!
