Are conservatories considered separate room?

In looking at a business from home, we need to count the number of rooms.  Are conservatories generally considered a separate room?

I'd like to know this too.  What if the conservatory is "normal" room size?  What if it (like mine) is the size of a closet?

In our house the conservatory isn't very big but it has lockable doors leading to it off the lounge and another door from the hallway so I would count it as a separate room.
