I want to try this one as the first one takes an awfuly large amount of flour. I didn't realise one bag wasn't enough. I tried to half the recipe which was obviously easy enough but the dough didn't turn out well so I had to throw it out. I ended up just making pizza dough instead. Mmmmmm baked pizza dough with garlic and butter

The amount of flour in both recipes is almost the same.

Hmmmm I suppose I'll have to look for another recipe. I don't even have a bowl or enough counter space to do that much. It's not really that much or anything. It's just that it's a lot for a little kitchen and too much when you aren't fully prepared. My dough was lovely though :)

I halved the amount of all the ingedients except the yeast and that seemed to work.

Mine was so dry that it clumped and was more like a powdery mess. Maybe I measured wrong. I'll be sure to try the halfing but not the yeast. Maybe later ;)
