yummy bread from Sainsburys!
« on: March 07, 2007, 09:58:59 AM »
We came across this bread yesterday that seems to be new at Sainsburys (Taste the Difference range). It's a cranberry and sultana seeded loaf and is made with white and wholemeal flour, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, sultanas, and is topped with whole oats. I had it toasted for breakfast with just a smear of butter. I'm going to work out WW points later today as I'm trying to do that now, but with all the dried fruit and seeds, it's definitely low GI. It would be great with low fat cream cheese, too!

Yum!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

sounds amazing.  too bad i don't have a sainsbury's near me.  it would be great for a 3pm or 10am pickme up at work.
If you harbour bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.
