I've started using 'garlic products' instead of fresh lately.... local garlic is pretty dry at the moment.  And small.  I think I'll put the rest of the fresh outside, and see if it'll grow.

Now I'm thinking about Christopher Ranch garlic salsa... I've not been able怀to make anything like it.

or get the patagonian purple from the really garlicky site ... it's huge!

Another garlic product I love: GIA Garlic Puree in Vegetable Oil.

We always have GIA Garlic puree in the house. I use it on most everything.

You aren't lying about that!  One clove is like 3 of normal garlic.
