Amish noodle substitute

I was wondering what sort of noodle here would make a good substitute for amish noodles? I'm wanting to make my own chicken noodle soup, but have no idea what would work here :/

Look in the pasta section for egg noodles -- usually tagliatelle, just break them up a bit.

Or you could make your own noodles - it's not hard & so good! :)

I second the tagliatelle. I make a recipe using PA Dutch Kluski noodles and the tagliatelle make a nice substitute.
