I'm searching high and low, but I can't find an owner who will take my two pets. I have a small dog who, because of a birth defect, cannot bark, and a cat. They have lived in flats for years, so they know the drill.
Has anyone been able to find such an elusive creature as a pet-friendly flat, and if so, where did you find it?
I'm moving in six weeks and will be on a student's budget, so I can't afford to spend an obscene amount in rent.
