no more Manchester to Philadelphia?
« on: June 29, 2007, 10:59:51 PM »
I was just looking at prices for flights this december between Manchester and Philly and i can't seem to find any information on direct flights?  Does anyone know if USAirways has cancelled their daily flight?

Suppose i can go into Newark, but Philly is a whopping 20 minutes from my parents, so extremely ideal!

I just checked on Expedia and found direct flights in December from MAN to PHL with US Airways, so I don't think it's been cancelled. I sure hope they don't cancel it, Manchester is my nearest big airport and the flight to Philadelphia has almost always been part of the route back to the West Coast.

I just flew MAN to PHL a week ago. Theres no way US Air will pull out of MAN. The flight sells pretty good and was over sold all last week and the holiday season is always busy for them too. They just recently changed the flight number though.

I used to work for them and somehow am lucky enough to fly on my friends buddy passes with them for about a 150 quid (which doesn't guarantee me a seat but I've never had any problems)

How much do tickets for this flight usually go for?
