Best Web Sites to Find Jobs in UK-especially legal

Anyone have any good web sites for legal jobs in the UK, especially those which might need American attorneys.  My interest is civil rights/employment law.  I'm sure there are American companies operating in the UK who might need attorneys or maybe British companies needing American attorneys.

Caveat emptor:  the jobs listed there will all be through recruiters.  So there is a bit of a middleman, but if there's anything to be found, you will most likely find it there.  Also check out the UK branch of Monster.com.  They also list legal jobs.  

Elle - thanks for that link!  its terrific.  I would like to break into the legal field, and that has a lot of opportunities. Im going to just pop it into the "Where to start" thread so it stays at the top.
