Summer Food!! OMG These ARE GOOD!

I just made homemade corn dogs for the first ever time. I got lucky and found a SUPER recipe online, and as I had everything, (even sticks!) I made up a batch. I have a deep fryer so it's not hard to fry them. DELICIOUS!! Man, reminds me of fair food. My son has never had one before, he's happily munching away.....These are just too good. Yum!!

DO NOT be put off by the picture, mine looked NOTHING like these, mine were puffy and rounded and smooth and perfect looking! Perhaps because I used a fryer instead of a pan. I've just eaten four :o.....but they were big hot dogs, and I cut them in half to cook them. So, really, only two. If I could figure out how to stick the picture of them I took, I would put it here......dunno how to do that... :P
Anyway, they were delicious, and totally like eating at the fair. Slathered with mustard of course.
