Croydon - morning vs. afternoon
« on: March 26, 2004, 09:49:03 PM »
I have a friend of a friend who lives near the Croydon office and said that the best time to show up is around noon.  She said that EVERYONE shows up early early in the morning and then queue for hours and hours, but that it has usually cleared out by midday.

I know a lot of people have gone first thing in the morning, but has anyone here tryed their luck in the afternoon, or been leaving in the afternoon and noticed what the wait is like at that time?

I think they only allow a set number in and if you are not in by a certain time you have to come back the next day. Not 100% on that though.

That's what I've heard, too.  That's why there aren't a whole lot of people in the later part of the morning/early afternoon.  Because they'll never get through the process inside before they close if they get in after a certain time.
