As from today, British Airways have moved departures for 12 destinations between terminals 1 and 4.
MOST direct BA flights to the USA still leave from TERMINAL 4
Los Angeles and San Francisco flights now leave from TERMINAL 1
Miami flight have left from TERMINAL 3 for a while and I think they still do.
Other airlines with USA flights from Heathrow are in terminal 3.
