I'm not a huge fan of ranch, but i do like it now and then.  I like it on jacket potatoes instead of sour cream and i also make a pasta salad with it.

You just take some cooked, drained and cooled spiral noodles or whatever, some Hidden Valley ranch dressing (or whatever brand, i just like that one best), some black olives, some pimento, some mushrooms and toss it all in a bowl.

It's better the second day, but still lovely and so easy.  I've taken it to loads of pot-luck type things and it's always gone before i know it.

Carrots - and that's all.  I don't do salad, so I'm not much for salad dressings - but I love baby carrots dipped in ranch!

Funny, I absolutely hated Ranch dressing when I lived in the US. I couldn't even smell it without feeling sick, but the other day my fiance and I went to Quiznos for lunch and I saw a turkey, swiss, and ranch sub that I simply had to have. It was sooooo good. I wish I could get more Ranch dressing now! I guess absence really does make the heart grow fonder, eh?
