So I have made this cake and I used plain flour as I was unable to find cake flour, it rose, but not tons, so it was quite a flat cake. It was tasty and good though, so I cut the sheet cake into thirds and put it into a deeper dish and put the Tres Leches mix on it, and now I have to let it soak in the fridge until tomorrow. I will let you know how it is then!
