Veggie fish sauce

For geeta, or anybody else. Let me know if you try it!

2 garlic cloves, minced
1-2 serrano chiles, minced
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
1/4 c. mushroom soy sauce

Mix it all together. Makes about 1/2 cup.
