In case you don't know about this shopping site already, I just wanted to sing its praises. Not only are the prices incredibly low compared to other websites, but they have fantastic customer service too. I placed an order on Sat. night and got my delivery yesterday morning AND the shipping is FREE (my favorite word).
I had one small problem in that the plastic bath arrived with a crack in it. I emailed them right away and they emailed me back and said they were sending out another one. They didn't even ask for the damaged one to be returned. If they had, I would have told them to forget about it because the amount of postage would certainly have been more than the bath itself.
I've been doing most of my baby shopping online since I don't drive and I hate going on the weekends when my dh can take me in the car. I have to say, I haven't had any problems so far.
