UK bound - If I can dig myself out of the paperwork
« on: October 09, 2007, 03:40:08 PM »
After reading through every forum on the net about this... I think I've found the one!

I'm in the US, fiance is in the UK... I have children, he does not. We were going to wait, apply for the fiance visa and have him move to the US, but have recently decided to change that direction, in which we will move there...just when I had all of my homework done too  ;)

Everyone please bare with me...I'll have loads of questions and needs tons of advice, so please forgive me now if I get to be too much!

Michigal

Hi & welcome to UKY Michigal!   :)

You may want to check out the Visa & Citizenship board for any questions you're having.  Generally though, for you to come over with your kids I believe (don't quote me on this) as long as they're under 18 they're included on your application, however that may have changed...  You can also check out the Pregnancy & Parenting board for any supplemental advice moving the kids over.

Good luck with the move!
