Hiya!
Just wanted to pass along the details of a great place in Covent Garden to take all sorts of dance, yoga and pilates classes. I took a Wednesday night Yoga class for about 6 months and it cost me 3.50 each time(I had my own mat)- costs might have changed in the last year but I really enjoyed it! A friend of mine takes ballet and says the instruction is really of a high quality.
