Offshore Bank Account (ie Jersey, Isle of Man)

Any suggestions / recommendations?  Not particularly interested in high min balance requirements, monthly fees etc.  Fairly simple requirements - reasonable interest earnings rate, debit/cash card, occasional incoming electronic transfers etc.

I'm not so familiar with offshore banking, although I used to speak with a few clients who had setups such as these. Also, all the UK major banks seem to offer an offshore solution of some sorts - so you may need to look into any preferred partner bank to one you have already and if they have such an arrangement.
