If you're running low on space I saw freeze dried ( :-X) PG Tips Tea at ASDA today its like £2 for a jar that makes 80 cups...  Kinda put me off as it looked like coffee, but if you're up for saving space when packing...   :-\\\\

You can get PG Tips at Publix in Florida, too.

If only they'd had it at our Kroger when we lived in Atlanta!   :(  I shopped there every week, and it would have been easier (and cheaper??) than hauling ourselves out to the little Brit shop in Norcross.  Yes, I think I remember them having it at Whole Foods too.

We always had my mother-in-law bring us loads over in her luggage.  We separated it into zip-lock bags and stored in cupboards, and it seemed to last ok.

It's as if these things are marketed as exotic, almost, because they are from England...

No kidding.  The Fresh Market chain also sells Heinz Salad Cream, right next to the expensive imported French mustards and other sauces, for about $5..

The freeze dried thing gave me a thought...I usually put coffee in the freezer to make it stay fresher longer. Does anyone know if you can put tea in the freezer for the same reason?

I wouldn't think so because tea is ruined if it gets damp.
