Sometimes I have a post it note on the dashboard that says "keep to the right" or, "keep to the left"

But to be honest, I have no problems switching from the US to the UK or from an automatic to a manual...

Just wanted to second whoever said that driving in the Orlando area shouldn't be too difficult since the roads are larger. A big thing is that most every main road has a separation in the middle so you won't be driving alongside a car coming the other direction. Signs are obvious and big so you should be fine. Also, I agree with putting a little note that says Keep Right on the dash just to remind you, it will be most important to remember that when pulling out from a parking lot/store onto a main road.

Enjoy the sun!

LOL its Ft Lauderdale we are headed to but they have those dividers in the middle of main roads there too.

Thanks for all the tips, especially the Post-It notes one. I have 3 more months to stress about it before I go  ;D
Good things come to those who wait...a really long time.

My wife drove for the first time when she came over to me when we first met, she went out in the car park and drove around it for a while to get used to the vehicle and to practise staying on our side (USA side of the road) she would not let me near the van till she had got used to it thank goodness it only took about 10 minutes we could have been stuck in for the whole time lol and she finally managed to drive by herself to the shops when we stayed at my moms house over night without getting lost on the way back.
I hope we get better weather with the new year I am getting rained out.

Good luck to everyone with respective visa applications.

We left the Sheraton in Pasedena, Ca., a few days ago, to get some fast food. We couldn't find our way back. We asked a doorman, no help, finally used the GPS, very good. Found our way.
