Hi from Reading
« on: April 09, 2004, 04:02:11 PM »
I'm procrastinating. Not the most imaginative way to start a "Hey, I'm new" thread, but I haven't yet gotten around to learning the finer arts of imagination. And, hey, it's true!

I'm in Reading with my British husband and have been here for about 3 1/2 years now. I'd go into more detail, but there's something I have to dodge doing ...

Michelle

Well generic you aren't the only procrastinator here.  UKY can certainly help one to procrastinate doing something else.

Regardless, welcome to UKY! :)

Welcome, there's a few folks from the Reading area (I go to Uni there about once a month for my Phd). Check the meetings and events thread as there's a get-together at Chilis on May 22 - would love to have you there.  :)
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon
