I'm sure others will follow, but I think the rules have changed this year about staying with financial co-sponsors.  I believe that if you are staying with family now, they want you to show that you are still paying a reasonable rent to them.  You have to be able to show adequate means of supporting yourself without family help now.  I don't believe it means you can't stay with them, but you need to take extra steps to show they aren't supporting you financially.  I'm not as familiar with the details as some others as they looked at it differently when I entered.

I think it may be different for a fiance visa, as the cosponsor ruling dealt with sponsoring as a spouse...
Now a triple citizen!

Student visa 9/06-->Int'l Grad Scheme 1/08-->FLR(M) 7/08-->ILR 6/10-->British citizenship 12/12

Actually, the ruling dealt with dependent relatives and spouses.

The wording is different, and they seem to have clarified the rule, but you will need to show that you only need support up to the date of the wedding, and that after that you can stand on your own.

That makes sense.  Sorry about that.  I didn't think about it being a fiance visa.  I can see how that would be different as you can't work.  I'm glad we have you good folk that know how these things work.  I'll try not to speak out of turn again.  :-[

Don't worry, you were very close to being right, and I had to double check it myself.
