silly question regarding fast track
« on: April 14, 2004, 05:42:41 AM »
I just completed the fast track application and have paid online. I'm getting all my paperwork ready to submit and I've realized the fast track application doesn't have all of the questions that the full application has on it.

Have I missed a chunk of the fast track.. or do you submit both? I think all the stress is making me stupid :(

I should specify this is for fiance visa.

I actually wound up including a hard copy of the application just because I could not get the fast track one to print out.  The questions were a little different but on the same topics.

Not sure if it helps, but that's what I did. :)

The main thing I noticed was the hard copy asked about our previous relationships akin to marriage, and the fast track didn't.

I've submitted the divorce decree, so hopefully that will cover it. :)

thanks peeps :)

I would bet you did the right thing with the divorce decree, Missy.  My b/f and I are waiting to hear back on a common law visa (so the rules may be a bit different) and they also asked us about previous relationships.

Since you've sent the decree in, I wouldn't think you'd have anything to worry about.  Good luck!!

It seems like I've been waiting for ages... now I'm on the 5 week countdown to move and it seems to be happening all at once. I'm trying to get my house sold, things gotten rid of or stored, organizing all my things at work for the next person in my position, wedding.

Exactly what I wanted to be honest, yet I'm still stressing :)

Hey so long as it is good stress.  :)

I'll wait until about two weeks before I go and then run around like some manical thing I am sure.

Best of luck on well everything,  and try not to breathe in too much of this pollen.  :)
