Have you all heard of the Addison spin-off show they are trying to do?  They actually aired the pilot under the Grey's Anatomy title this past Thursday in the states and I happened to be there to watch it.  It SUCKED!!  I couldn't even finish the 2 hour episode.  I hope the spin-off does NOT go through because it won't last long, that's for sure.  Addison needs to stay in Seattle...not go to some fruity clinic in California.

So happy to hear I wasn't the only person who thought that!  I was thouroughly annoyed!  It was terrible!  When did her character start acting like that anyway?!  She had a completely different personality.  I'll be surprised if it takes off.

I, too, think Addison needs to stay in Seattle!

I'm not sure. You never know with British TV.

if it's british tv... they finished season 2 awhile back.  they're replaying then 2 at a time on sunday nights.  they'll start season 3 later this month...

OH NO!  I just saw this on people.com...Kate Walsh is getting her stupid spin off show!!!

"Looks like the fall season could be all about hot stairwell kisses! ABC has picked up the Grey's Anatomy spin-off for fall, and will be shipping Addison Shepherd (Kate Walsh) off to L.A. (and Tim Daly?) from Seattle Grace. As of now, according to Variety, the show will be called Private Practice -- kind of sexy, in a we-flirt-behind-closed-doors-but-still-are-serious-doctors sort of way -- but what name would you give it?"

The pilot was really bad!!!!  I can't believe this.  I will miss her on Grey's Anatomy!

Thanks for that - I keep checking the SKY mag every month... hopefully by then the strike will be over and we wont get the season interrupted..
