Walk-in Centres - Scotland?
« on: January 12, 2008, 10:19:08 PM »
Anyone know if Scotland has walk-in centres?

I went to nhs.uk, but it directed me to NHS Scotland and I can't find any information about it.

not that i know of.

NHS24 directs you.  out of hours appointments and you go to a hospital or the doc comes out to see you if you're in a rural area.

otherwise, you walk into A&E.

i've had numerous out of hours appointments due to pregnancies and small children, and it's all worked out in the end.

phone NHS24 and go from there.

if your gut says it's an emergency, go to A&E.
