Green Card information for my UK husband

I did a search for this subject on this site and found some good information, but all of it was kinda old so I was wondering if anything has changed.

My husband and I are thinking of moving to the US (I am from the US, he is from the UK) in a year, but I don't know much on the process of getting him settled.  Does anyone know any of the specifics of the process or even if it is as easy as my Leave to Remain was?

Also, if we do move, will my Temp Leave to Remain expire immediately?  What if I were to have a Perm Leave to Remain (just asking for future reference)?

For sites that contain up-to-date rules/regulations and forms you should bookmark uscis.gov as well as londonusembassy.gov.

The process is not difficult but is much more lengthy than getting a spousal visa for the UK.
