Yes, I'm going to freeze some lasagna, and I've already frozen some pesto--both the pine nut/basil and walnut/parsley varieties, but I remember my mom, with her foot firmly in 1955, freezing casseroles (as well as spaghetti sauce and soups). And I'm feeling a little 1955, so I thought, "Hey, I wonder if anyone has casserole recipes that freeze well?" I'll ask Mom, too, but the collective brain has had some great recipe ideas.
