Yummy casseroles totally suitable for freezing

Does anyone want to share some casserole recipes that freeze and thaw nicely?  I'm in my 35th week of pregnancy, seriously nesting, a bit freaked out, and need the activity to keep my mind off Braxton Hicks contrations. 

I know there must be casserole recipe threads out there, but, if not, share away! 

I always freeze things like chili, spaghetti sauce, soups & stews, etc.  Not casseroles so much.  I've also frozen pulled (BBQ) pork before as well.  One time when Steve & I were dating & I was over here on a month long visit, before I left I made up a bunch of stuff like that - as much as his then-teensy freezer would hold.  So he didn't have to cook for the week after I went home.

Yes, I'm going to freeze some lasagna, and I've already frozen some pesto--both the pine nut/basil and walnut/parsley varieties, but I remember my mom, with her foot firmly in 1955, freezing casseroles (as well as spaghetti sauce and soups).  And I'm feeling a little 1955, so I thought, "Hey, I wonder if anyone has casserole recipes that freeze well?"  I'll ask Mom, too, but the collective brain has had some great recipe ideas.  So, nudge,nudge...?

Macaroni and cheese, baked pasta dishes, lasagne, and eggplant parmesan are all things I've frozen successfully.

I don't have any recipes off the top of my head either, but did a quick Google search and there are loads of recipes out there! I'm only 28 weeks but will probably have a look at these myself soon, as even though Mom will be here, I don't want her to feel obligated to cook all the time!

One thing that is easy to have on hand for a quick casserole to make (or is easy to direct the DH to make!!!) that works for any meal of the day is frozen hash browns. Line the bottom of a casserole dish with hash browns. Then mix 4 eggs with 1-1/2 c milk (salt and pepper). This will be poured over the hash browns but first add any other fillings you want. We usually default to pancetta which keeps in the fridge/freezer well. Any grated cheese will work here. You can also add any veg (fresh or frozen). DH likes spring onion in his. Pour the eggs over and bake at 180C for about 40 minutes.

I've been thinking of trying a spinach, tomato and monterrey jack version of this.
