Thanks for posting this - I think the majority of us have to travel "cattle class" most of the time, but these higher-class fares in the summer (from $708 one way as I read it - did I get that right?) do close the gap somewhat, and there's no doubting that you get more legroom (that's my no. 1) and better service ... we got a chance to try it out once a year or two back ;D

Edit - to get an idea of how good this offer was, I put in Houston to Glasgow for mid-July to Mid-August and got a fare of $1767 return. The same flights a month earlier (before the offer starts) cost $3190, or $890 if you go economy

I read on 'Flyer Talk', that the cheaper fares are reallly getting snapped up fast by frequent flyers trying to rack up miles. Can't blame them.  I am annoyed that my summer plans are up in the air yet, because I was hoping to bring my girls over this summer,, but can't book anything yet until I know better if they are going to be able to come. ARGH!
