Where to get U.S. certified check in dollars in London?

I'm applying for a mortgage on my US property. The mortgage company requires me to send them a certified check (NOT personal check) for miscellaneous charges along with my closing documents. Anyone know where I might be able to get a certified check in U.S. dollars here in London?

Ask at the bank.  We can get them from ours in three days, for a charge, though it may be different for a personal account.
