Winsor pilates

I saw an info-mercial the other day for Winsor pilates and am wondering if it actually works.

Does anyone have any experience with Winsor pilates?

I have one of her DVDs and I really like it when I can be motivated enough to do it. I get easily annoyed by exercise presenters, but Mari does not get on my nerves. YMMV!  ;D

I do think pilates can be an excellent fitness tool. Could you rent a DVD and try it for a few weeks to see if you like it?

If you think the deal is good, then go for it. I can't remember how much I paid as it was a few years back, but it is a DVD I do haul out once in a while. The one I have is a 40 minute workout from the *Maximum Burn* series.

I did really get into it a few years ago, and did about 30 minutes, 5X week. I DID see a difference in my core and how I felt/held myself but like anything else, you have to continue it or you lose it. I got sidetracked and never quite returned to it.  :-\\\\

Have fun and good luck! :)
