I buy sweetened condensed milk to make Phil Vickery's Hot Chocolate Fondant Puddings.

DH loves these with a teaspoon of smooth peanut butter tucked into the middle of the pud before baking.  It's like eating a molten Reeses Peanut Butter Cup!
