Have any of you been to David Lloyd? What's your personal opinion of it?

My wife and children go to the one in Kidbrooke (SE London)
They have no complaints. The kids have swim lessons and my wife does arobics and spinning classes. The creche is clean and the staff are helpful. does this help?

Yes! I want to take some classes. My doctor told me it would be good to relieve stress. I want to go somewhere nice, with lots of options. I've been once, to use the pool.. And I really liked it, but I haven't been to any other part.

We have a David Lloyd nearby which has been open for many years so it is a bit run down...hubby and i joined Bannytynes in December.  I have been to a few classes and it is nice and they have a pool.  The only problem is that they get you with that 1 year committment - membership where you pay each month and can't break the contract

I hate those things, but we want something long term.
