Ok well we finally went there on the spur of the moment last night and it was quite good! It is buffet only, you pay £6.50 for all you can eat (in my case that is quite a lot at the moment!).
We were a little disappointed that a lot of the dishes on offer last night weren't overtly Mexican or even Tex Mex, you could probably only count the bean burritoes, refried beans, chile con carne, spare ribs and Mexican rice out of about 8 hot dishes Having said that these were pretty good. There was a really good salad bar too. Oddly there was guacamole and salsa but no nachoes or anything to dip in them!
We had a chat to the staff, they said the dishes are different every night and they do more Mexicany dishes on busy nights like Fridays and Saturdays eg chimichungas, tacos, enchilladas.
We plan on giving it a shot on a busier night to see what the story is. They can also do private parties and they have a beer garden opening soon. It is a new place, only been open a month so I think they are probably quite open to suggestions, if there is something you particularly wanted you could probably get them to make it. Oh yes, they also mentioned all their ingredients are imported from Mexico.
